Vientiane: General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President Thongloun Sisoulith hosted an official welcome ceremony in Vientiane for Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong, who is on a two-day state visit to Laos. President Cuong’s visit underscores the ongoing development of the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

According to Vietnam News Agency, both leaders expressed their commitment to further strengthening and enhancing the bilateral relationship in line with the evolving circumstances of each nation.
