Bangkok: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam and his spouse met with King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen of Thailand at the Royal Palace in Bangkok on May 28. Prior to the meeting, the top Vietnamese leader and his spouse laid a wreath and signed the condolence book for Queen Mother Sirikit of Thailand.
