Hanoi: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam hosted a reception in Hanoi on August 24 for President of the National Assembly of C´te d'Ivoire Patrick Achi, who is on an official visit to Vietnam.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting underscored the strengthening of diplomatic ties and cooperation between Vietnam and C´te d'Ivoire. President To Lam expressed Vietnam's commitment to bolstering relations with African countries, particularly in areas of mutual interest such as trade, culture, and education.
