Can Tho: Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man hosted a reception in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho for President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie (APF), Senior Deputy Speaker of Cameroon’s National Assembly, Hilarion Etong. The meeting took place on January 21, marking a significant engagement between the Vietnamese National Assembly and the APF leadership.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the APF President is visiting Vietnam to participate in key events, including the Parliamentary Assembly of Francophone (APF) Executive Committee’s meeting and the Francophone parliamentary forum. These events, scheduled from January 21 to 24, focus on critical issues such as sustainable agriculture, food security, and climate change adaptation.
