Hanoi: President of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tran Thanh Man had a meeting with King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua and Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana in Hanoi on September 15. The King and Queen of Thailand are on a State visit to Vietnam from September 14-16 at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the Vietnamese National Assembly President and the Thai royals underscores the significance of the diplomatic relations between the two Southeast Asian nations. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation in various sectors, including trade, culture, and education.
