Tourists flock to Tad Kham Waterfall to enjoy nature.

Nakhon Phanom is bustling with tourists flocking to Tad Kham Waterfall to enjoy nature. Park officials closely monitor flash floods.

Tad Kham Waterfall is located in Phu Langka National Park, Ban Phaeng District, Nakhon Phanom Province. During this period, there is still continuous rain falling, causing the Mekong River level to rise by 10-20 centimeters per day. The latest level is about 10 meters. This has a positive effect on natural tourist attractions, especially the waterfall. Water has started to flow down from the Phu Langka mountain range, making the tourist atmosphere lively. Tourists are interested in coming to relax, play in the water, and eat amidst the lush green forest. This has a positive effect on the economic and trade sector. Merchants have more income during the holidays.

The Phu Langka National Park Ranger Unit has prepared to welcome and arrange for officers to look after and monitor dangerous spots, including checking for flash floods, preventing danger to tourists, and closely moni
toring those who go swimming. In addition, the situation is assessed daily. If there is a risk of danger from flash floods, an announcement will be made to warn the public and tourists to refrain from swimming immediately.
