The country is also focused on accelerating the implementation of bilateral cooperation agreements established by the leaders of both nations. This intention was articulated during a meeting on June 11 between Blanca Eekhout, a member of the Central Committee of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela and President of the Commission for the Development of Communes of the Venezuelan National Assembly, and Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela Vu Trung My.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting highlighted Venezuela's commitment to deepening its relationship with Vietnam.
