Bishkek: Vice State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan held meetings with United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) Kairat Sarybay, and President of the Council of Ministers of Togo Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe on September 1 evening (local time) on the sidelines of the expanded Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO Plus) Summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
According to Vietnam News Agency, these meetings were conducted to strengthen bilateral relations and discuss various international and regional issues.
