Vietnam: Vietnam always attaches importance to cooperation with the Francophone community, Politburo member and Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung told Secretary-General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) Louise Mushikiwabo during their talks in Hanoi on March 6.
