Vietnam and France Aim to Strengthen Parliamentary Ties

Hanoi: Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA), Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh, hosted a reception in Hanoi on June 2 for a delegation from the French National Assembly's Committee of National Defence and Armed Forces, led by its President Jean-Michel Jacques.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the Vietnamese and French parliaments, particularly in areas related to national defense and security. The exchange aimed at fostering a closer relationship between the two legislative bodies, emphasizing the importance of mutual understanding and collaboration.
