Hanoi: Sen. Lt. Gen. Hoang Xuan Chien, Deputy Minister of National Defence of Vietnam, and Indian Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh co-chaired the 15th Vietnam-India Defence Policy Dialogue in Hanoi on November 10.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the dialogue aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and India in the field of defense. Both nations have consistently engaged in these dialogues to discuss and strategize on mutual defense interests and regional security challenges. The meeting provided a platform for both parties to review past cooperation and to outline future objectives to strengthen their defense relationship further.

The discussions at the dialogue are expected to contribute significantly to the strategic partnership between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of mutual collaboration in maintaining regional stability and security.
