Hanoi:Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang met with General Arkady Aleksandrovich Gostev, Director of Russia's Federal Penitentiary Service, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in criminal sentence enforcement.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place in Hanoi on October 12. The discussions focused on enhancing collaboration between the two countries in the area of criminal sentence enforcement.
