Vietnam and Russia Formalize Cooperation Agreements

Hanoi: Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin have taken a significant step forward in bilateral relations by witnessing the signing of a joint communique on the Vietnam-Russia cooperation master plan towards 2030. This event, which included the signing of numerous cooperation documents, took place in Hanoi on January 14.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the signing ceremony followed extensive talks between the two leaders, marking the commencement of the Russian Prime Minister’s two-day official visit to Vietnam from January 14-15. The discussions and subsequent agreements underscore the commitment of both nations to strengthen their partnership over the coming years.
