Vietnam Attends 2nd Global Buddhist Summit in India

New delhi: A delegation of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) attended the 2nd Global Buddhist Summit, which opened in New Delhi, India, on the morning of January 24. The delegation is led by Venerable Thich Duc Thien, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Executive Council of the VBS.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the summit aims to provide a platform for Buddhist leaders and scholars to discuss issues related to Buddhism and its role in the modern world. The participation of the VBS delegation highlights Vietnam's commitment to engaging in international Buddhist dialogues and fostering connections with global Buddhist communities.
