Vietnam Attends India’s 8th WTO Trade Policy Review

Hanoi: Ambassador Mai Phan Dung, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and other international organisations in Geneva, has recently attended the eighth WTO Trade Policy Review of India.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the review session provided an opportunity for WTO members to examine and assess India's trade policies and practices. Ambassador Mai Phan Dung's participation underscores Vietnam's active engagement in international trade discussions and its interest in India's economic strategies.

The WTO Trade Policy Review is a routine exercise aimed at fostering transparency and understanding of member countries' policies. This engagement contributes to the multilateral trading system by allowing countries to share perspectives and insights on trade practices.
