Hanoi: The upcoming state visit to Australia by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam will consolidate political trust at the highest level, provide fresh momentum for the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and set priorities for the coming period, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to Australia Pham Hung Tam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this visit is seen as a significant step in enhancing bilateral relations between Vietnam and Australia.
