Minsk: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a joint statement on the establishment of the two countries’ strategic partnership. The signing took place on May 12, following their talks in Minsk, which was part of General Secretary Lam’s state visit to Belarus.
