Hanoi: Vietnam and Belarus are set to deepen bilateral cooperation in all fields, particularly in economy-trade and science-technology, through their Intergovernmental Committee mechanism, affirmed Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien. Co-chairing the 16th session of the Vietnam-Belarus Intergovernmental Committee on Economic, Trade, and Scientific-Technical Cooperation with Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Sivak on April 1, Minister Dien highlighted the commitment to strengthening ties across all sectors.
According to Vietnam News Agency, this session of the Intergovernmental Committee focused on identifying specific strategies to enhance economic collaboration and technological exchange between the two nations. Both parties expressed optimism about the potential for increased trade and mutual support in scientific advancements.
The meeting underscored the importance of this bilateral relationship, aiming to build a robust framework that will facilitate long-term cooperation and economic growth.
