Vietnam, China Share Experience in Judicial Reform and Digital Transformation

Sichuan: Chief Justice Nguyen Van Quang has led a high-ranking delegation from the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam to China's Sichuan province to explore China's advancements in judicial reform, judicial review, and digital transformation within court operations. The visit aimed to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen bilateral cooperation in these critical areas.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Vietnamese delegation spent August 26-28 in Sichuan, engaging with local judicial institutions. They visited the High People's Court of Sichuan province, Tianfu New Area People's Court, and the Jiezi tourism and environmental protection court under the Chongzhou People's Court. These visits provided the delegation with insights into how Chinese courts are integrating technology and reforming judicial processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.

The trip underscored the ongoing efforts by both nations to modernize their judicial systems and improve legal frameworks through shared experiences and collaboration. By learning from China's implementation of digital tools and reform strategies, Vietnam aims to enhance its own judicial operations and further its commitment to justice and innovation.
