Hanoi: Vietnam attaches great importance to ties with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and will continue acting as its trusted and responsible member and partner, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc told AIIB President Zou Jiayi during a reception in Hanoi on May 27.
According to Vietnam News Agency, Deputy PM Pham Gia Tuc emphasized Vietnam's commitment to enhancing its cooperation with the AIIB. He assured that the country values its relationship with the bank and is dedicated to maintaining a reliable and responsible partnership. This commitment was expressed during a meeting with AIIB President Zou Jiayi, where both parties discussed future collaboration and investment opportunities in Vietnam's infrastructure sector.
