Hanoi: The Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand hosted a reception on August 18 to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, as well as the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand. The event was attended by nearly 1,000 guests, including Thai parliamentary and government officials, diplomats, representatives from international organizations, friends, partners, and members of the Vietnamese community.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the reception served as a celebration of the historic milestones in Vietnam's history and its longstanding diplomatic relationship with Thailand. The gathering underscored the deep-rooted ties and cooperation between the two nations, reflecting their commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations.
