Accra:The upcoming official visit to the European Union by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam is anticipated to enhance bilateral relations, according to EU Ambassador to Vietnam Julien Guerrier.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Ambassador Guerrier expressed these views ahead of the visit, highlighting the potential for concrete and practical outcomes that could elevate ties between Vietnam and the EU.
