Ho Chi Minh City: Chile and South America offer promising opportunities for Vietnamese businesses looking to expand investment and trade, particularly in green and digital economic sectors, heard a trade promotion seminar held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 22. The event, jointly organised by the HCM City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) and Chile’s Export Promotion Bureau (ProChile), highlighted the potential of Chile as a gateway to South American markets, including Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the seminar underscored the strategic advantages of leveraging Chile’s trade networks to access broader South American markets. Vietnamese enterprises were encouraged to explore collaborations in areas that align with global trends, especially those that focus on sustainable growth and technology-driven solutions. The discussions at the seminar also centered on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring mutual benefits in various economic sectors.
