Hanoi: President of the Vietnam Journalists Association (VJA) Le Quoc Minh held a working session with President of the Journalists Association of Korea (JAK) Park Jong-hyun in Hanoi on June 22, wishing to draw lessons from Korean fellows. Minh, who also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan newspaper and Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, praised the friendly cooperative ties between the two press associations in recent years.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting aimed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the context of the digital age, focusing on sharing experiences and strategies to address challenges faced by journalists. Minh expressed a keen interest in learning from Korea's advancements in digital journalism and emphasized the importance of collaboration to enhance the quality of media outputs in both countries. The discussions also highlighted the need for continued dialogue and exchange programs to foster deeper understanding and support the development of journalism in Vietnam and South Korea.
