According to Vietnam News Agency, the awards are also supported by the National Authority of Digital Transformation under the Ministry of Science and Technology, along with the Rong Xanh Fellowship, Vietnam Brand Purpose, and the Stamford Global Leadership Centre. These efforts have the auspices of both the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Science and Technology. This initiative underscores a commitment to fostering innovation while preserving and celebrating Vietnam's rich cultural heritage in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
