Hanoi:Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Manh Cuong emphasized that building a strong maritime nation requires transforming resources into national strength and making practical contributions to both the region and the international community. He delivered these remarks during the closing of the Vietnam Sea Forum 2026 in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the forum was organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It included over 20 presentations and numerous exchanges and policy suggestions across various thematic sessions.
