Da nang: Deputy Minister of National Defence Sen. Lt. Gen. Hoang Xuan Chien and Permanent Secretary of the Singaporean Ministry of Defence Chan Heng Kee co-chaired the 16th Vietnam-Singapore Defence Policy Dialogue in central Da Nang city.
