Hanoi: Politburo member and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan on April 1 received Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam Rajpal Singh, during which they agreed on the importance of promoting cooperation in training strategic-level officials.
