Hanoi:The Vietnam-UK Economic Forum 2026, themed 'Fintech, Financial Stability and Systemic Resilience', was held in Hanoi on November 3. The event attracted policymakers, experts, scholars, and representatives from financial institutions, businesses, and international organisations from Vietnam and the UK.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the forum was organised by the University of Economics and Business (UEB) under Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with its partners.

The forum aimed to promote financial innovation while ensuring systemic safety. It provided a platform for stakeholders from both countries to discuss and explore opportunities and challenges in the fintech sector and its impact on financial stability and resilience.
