Vietnam Urges Global Collaboration to Enhance Multilateralism at FfD4

Seville: Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has called on all countries to jointly take action to revitalize multilateralism, promote active multilateralism, and work together to restore disruptions in international cooperation on development, trade, and investment. The Deputy PM made the call while addressing the plenary session of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) in Seville, Spain, on July 1. Within the conference’s framework, the Deputy PM had meetings with Tanzanian Vice President Philip Isdor Mpango, Australian Minister for Small Business Anne Aly, and President of the Regional Government of Andalusia Juanma Moreno.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Deputy PM emphasized the importance of collaborative effort in overcoming the challenges faced by the global community, particularly in the areas of trade and investment. The meetings with international leaders highlighted the need for a unified approach to tackle the ongoing disruptions and foster a more stable environment for development and cooperation.
