Vietnam, US Enhance Cooperation in Sci-Tech, Innovation, Digital Transformation

Washington d.c.: Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member and deputy head of the Central Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, chaired working sessions with Rosen Partners, Arizona State University (ASU), Meta Platforms, and the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) on February 19-20. These sessions were part of Party General Secretary To Lam's visit to Washington D.C. for the inaugural meeting of the Gaza Board of Peace.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meetings aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The discussions focused on enhancing collaborative efforts to drive technological advancements and digital initiatives that can benefit both nations.

The sessions with Rosen Partners, ASU, Meta Platforms, and SIA highlighted the mutual interests of Vietnam and the US in fostering innovation and leveraging digital technologies. The meetings were seen as a significant step towards building a stronger partnership in these critical sectors.
