Vietnam Values US Business Community as Trusted Partner: NA Vice Chairwoman

Hanoi: Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Thi Hong on April 15 received a delegation from the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC), reaffirming Vietnam's strong appreciation of the US business community as a reliable partner in advancing the country's economic priorities.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting emphasized the significance of the collaboration between Vietnam and the US business entities within the framework of ASEAN. Nguyen Thi Hong acknowledged the role of US businesses in supporting Vietnam's economic growth and highlighted the mutual benefits derived from this partnership.

The Vice Chairwoman expressed Vietnam's commitment to creating a conducive environment for US businesses in the country, recognizing their contributions to various sectors. She reiterated that Vietnam considers the US business community a key partner in its economic development strategy.

The US-ASEAN Business Council delegation expressed their interest in expanding investment and cooperation in Vietnam, acknowledging the country's potential as an attractive investment destination. The delegation also conveyed their willingness to work closely with Vietnamese counterparts to explore new business opportunities.
