Luanda: State President Luong Cuong and Angolan President Joo Manuel Gon§alves Louren§o held talks in Luanda on August 7, immediately after the welcome ceremony. Following the talks, the two Presidents witnessed the signing of cooperation documents between Vietnam and Angola.
