Quang Tri:The Border Guard Command of Vietnam's Quang Tri province and the Police of Laos' Khammouane province convened their annual talks in Quang Tri on October 29. The discussions focused on reviewing the existing cooperation in border management and protection, maintaining security and public order, and identifying strategies to enhance crime prevention and combat efforts.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the talks are part of ongoing efforts to contribute to building a shared borderline characterized by peace, friendship, solidarity, and development.

During the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing challenges related to border security.
