Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong and Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayaka visited the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site in the Presidential Palace in Hanoi on May 5 morning. This visit was part of President Dissanayaka’s state visit to Vietnam.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the two leaders toured the historic site that holds significance for Vietnam’s history and culture. The visit underscored the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Sri Lanka, as both presidents took the opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest in a setting that honors Vietnam’s national hero, President Ho Chi Minh.
