Accra:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam met with representatives of Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in Belgium and Luxembourg during his official visit to Belgium.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place on October 24, local time, as part of To Lam's official engagements in the region.

The interaction aimed to strengthen ties between Vietnam and the Vietnamese intellectual community residing in Belgium and Luxembourg.
