Buenos aires: The Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina, in partnership with the Argentina-Vietnam Culture Institute (ICAV), organized a memorial ceremony for Poldi Sosa Schmidt on July 7. Poldi Sosa, the founder and president of ICAV, passed away in June, leaving behind a legacy of fostering solidarity and friendship between the Vietnamese and Argentine peoples. The ceremony, held at the embassy headquarters, was attended by members of her bereaved family, ICAV leaders and members, Argentine scholars and friends, and staff from the embassy.
