Chu Lai: Chu Lai Port, part of Truong Hai International Logistics Limited Liability Company (THILOGI) under Truong Hai Group, has partnered with Regional Container Lines (RCL), a container shipping line based in Bangkok, to launch a direct call service connecting Chu Lai to India. This collaboration was formalized with a cooperation agreement signed on May 16.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the inauguration of this new shipping route was celebrated with the arrival of the Chana Bhum, a vessel flying the Singapore flag and operated by RCL. The Chana Bhum transported nearly 800 containers filled with import and export goods, including spare parts, garments, furniture, and agricultural products, facilitating trade between Vietnam and India.

This new service is expected to enhance the efficiency of goods transportation and provide a direct link between the two regions, which will benefit businesses involved in the import and export sectors. The Chu Lai-India route marks a significant step in expanding trade opportunities and connectivity for both countries.
