Hanoi: The sixth dialogue between the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) took place in New Delhi on August 5 under the theme 'Strategic Convergences and Future Pathways in Vietnam-India Relations.'
