Seoul:A Vietnamese-language learning app, developed by the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), was officially handed over to the Vietnamese Embassy in the Republic of Korea. The handover was witnessed by Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the app is designed to aid language learning among children in over 100,000 Vietnamese-Korean multicultural families. It aims to preserve Vietnamese cultural identity and strengthen connections with their homeland.
The app employs digital technology and interactive learning methods, allowing children to learn Vietnamese in a flexible and engaging manner. This initiative is part of broader efforts to support multicultural families in South Korea.
On the same day, the Vietnam-RoK Digital Technology Forum 2026 was held at the Vietnamese Embassy. The forum attracted over 100 delegates and representatives from technology companies in both Vietnam and South Korea.
