Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam has emphasized the need for bolstered research, forecasting, and strategic advisory capacity to address Vietnam's development needs in the coming years.

According to Vietnam News Agency, To Lam made this request during a session with the Party Central Committee's Commission for Policy and Strategy. The meeting, held on October 1, focused on leveraging the combined strengths of personnel from academies and research institutes to improve strategic advisory work.
