Brussels:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, accompanied by his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, visited the Royal Library of Belgium in Brussels. During the visit, they presented books focusing on Vietnamese history and culture.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the book donation was part of President To Lam's official visit to Belgium.
