Hanoi:Party General Secretary and President To Lam hosted a reception for Vilay Lakhamphong, a Politburo member and Standing Member of the Secretariat of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place on October 15.
