Brussels:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, along with his spouse, met King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium at the Royal Castle of Laeken.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place on the morning of October 23, local time, and was part of To Lam's official visit to the Kingdom of Belgium.
