Hanoi: The Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) is actively encouraging the strengthening of cooperation between Vietnamese and Russian localities. NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Doan Anh conveyed this message during a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of Saint Petersburg, Kalganov Vyacheslav Gennadievich, in Hanoi on July 8.
