Hanoi: The Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) is actively encouraging the strengthening of cooperation between Vietnamese and Russian localities. This initiative is part of broader efforts to deepen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two nations. NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Doan Anh conveyed this message during a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of Saint Petersburg, Kalganov Vyacheslav Gennadievich, in Hanoi on July 8.
