Seoul: State President Luong Cuong received Kim Ghee Whan, President of the Korea Foundation (KF), on November 1 as part of his trip to the Republic of Korea (RoK) to attend the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and bilateral activities.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing cultural exchange between Vietnam and Korea. Both leaders emphasized the importance of cultural ties in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening bilateral relations. The discussion highlighted various initiatives aimed at promoting cultural awareness and cooperation between the two countries.
President Cuong expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Korea Foundation in supporting cultural exchange programs.
