Kuwait city: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse on November 16 visited the Arab Heritage Building, as part of his official visit to the Gulf country.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit is a significant part of Prime Minister Chinh’s efforts to strengthen cultural and diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Kuwait.
