Algiers: The Vietnamese Embassy in Algeria coordinated with Bab Ezzouar Commercial Centre in Algiers, organised an event to introduce Vietnamese products to consumers in the North African country on February 22 (local time). At the event, part of the embassy’s annual trade promotion activities, Algerian consumers had the opportunity to learn about Vietnamese coffee, listen to presentations about the coffee processing methods, and test the products on-site.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the event aimed to boost the presence of Vietnamese goods in the Algerian market and strengthen trade relations between the two countries. The focus was on Vietnamese coffee, a product with growing popularity worldwide, and the event provided insights into its unique processing techniques. Visitors had the chance to experience the rich flavors and aromas of Vietnamese coffee firsthand, fostering a deeper appreciation for the product.
The initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the Vietnamese Embassy to promote trade and cultural exchange with Algeria. By showcasing Vietnamese products, the embassy hopes to encourage more Algerian consumers to explore and embrace these goods, thereby enhancing bilateral trade ties.
