Vietnam’s National Day Celebrated in Khon Kaen

Hanoi: The Vietnam Consulate General in Khon Kaen organized a celebration on August 29 to commemorate the 81st National Day anniversary of Vietnam, which marks the country's declaration of independence on September 2, 1945. The event underscored Vietnam's journey over the past 81 years in nation-building and development.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Vietnamese Consul General in Khon Kaen, Dinh Hoang Linh, highlighted the nation's progress and achievements during his speech at the celebration. He noted Vietnam's continuous advancement, its proactive and active integration into the global community, its economic growth, and the expansion of its foreign relations. These efforts, he stated, have helped Vietnam assert its role and standing both regionally and on the international stage.
