Ottawa:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President, To Lam, met with representatives from the Canada-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group at the Canadian Parliament during his State visit to Canada on September 24.

According to Vietnam News Agency, members of the Canada-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group expressed their warm welcome and gratitude to Party General Secretary and President To Lam, acknowledging the historic significance of his visit to the bilateral relations between the two countries.
